Green monster


Ever since I read about these monsters, I can't seem to get enough of them!

This is the recipe I used:
  • 3 handfuls romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 scoop of Isoflex Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • about 1/3 to 1/2 cup water

You can always fiddle around with the portions of ingredients depending on how hungry you are/whether you want more calories and nutrients in your shake.

Blend for about 2-3 minutes.
