- 3 handfuls romaine lettuce
- 1/2 scoop of Isoflex Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 2-3 ice cubes
- about 1/3 to 1/2 cup water
You can always fiddle around with the portions of ingredients depending on how hungry you are/whether you want more calories and nutrients in your shake.
Blend for about 2-3 minutes.
