In the mix:
- 1/2 cup Liberté Greek yogurt
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful brocoli leaf
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 banana
I threw some red grapes and sliced strawberries into a bowl, poured the smoothie mixture on top, and added chopped almonds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds for some crunch.
Holy delicious!
